New York building collapse probed
An explosion and fire leveled a building on New York's Upper East Side Monday, injuring at least 15 people, officials said. Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta said an e-mail sent by the building's owner "leads us to believe this may have been a suicide attempt."
