John Mark Karr will not be charged in the death of 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey, his attorney, Seth Temin, says. His announcement follows a report by CNN affiliate KUSA that sources say a sample of Karr's DNA does not match the evidence found at the murder scene in 1996.
