Arlene's rains drenching Panhandle |
Heavy rain is drenching the Florida Panhandle as Tropical Storm Arlene churns toward the Gulf Coast. The lumbering storm is packing sustained winds of 70 mph, and the National Hurricane Center has posted a hurricane warning along 125 miles of coast from Pascagoula, Mississippi, to Destin in Florida.
