Florida Gov. Jeb Bush declared a state of emergency Friday as the state prepared for the arrival of Hurricane Jeanne, potentially the fourth hurricane to strike the Sunshine State this year. Jeanne has already hit Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Haiti where more than 1,100 people died.
