Rita evacuees returning |
Residents who evacuated the Texas Gulf Coast made a steady return Sunday in the aftermath of Hurricane Rita, even as authorities urged them to stay away. Texas Gov. Rick Perry said that evacuees should "stay put. Don't come back into southeast Texas today."
