The U.S. military will pull its jailers out of Abu Ghraib and transfer security prisoners to a new facility that is expected to be ready in three months. The prison, where U.S. soldiers abused some Iraqi detainees, will be handed over to Iraqi authorities.

NO, IT WILL JUST ADD TO THE DECLINE OF OUR MORAL FOUNDATIONS.
YES, THERE WILL BE MORE PEOPLE WHO CAN SERVE IN THE MILITARY.
IT WILL HAVE NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON THE MILITARY, BUT IT GIVES A GOVERNMENT STAMP OF APPROVAL TO HOMOSEXUALITY.
