DP World agrees to transfer operations to U.S. 'entity' |
A United Arab Emirates-owned company has agreed to turn over all of its operations at U.S. ports to an American "entity," the company said in a statement Thursday. Sen. John Warner, R-Virginia, announced the decision on the Senate floor.
